Allí la pareja experimentó en el marco de la revolución sexual. Hablaban abiertamente sobre su relación en los medios, sobre los celos y el amor libre, como más tarde lo harían John Lennon y Yoko Onno. Uschi Obermaier pronto fue "requerida" por varios músicos como Mick Jagger. Su gran pasión fue Jimmy Hendrix, el que la amó con locura y el que también la dejó cuando Uschi se sumió en las drogas duras y la heroína. También fue engañada por Keith Richards mientras vivía con él, ya que el guitarrista quiso arreglar las cosas con Anita Pallenberg, su gran amor.
